SET_CODEPAGE_FAILED

While configuration STMS if you see below error

SET_CODEPAGE_FAILED

 could not start transport control program tp

following are could be causes:

TP is not registered in the gateway  OR
Lack of authorization when checking secinfo file
Checking CALLTP_* in SM59 (TCP/IP Connections)  and Check the radio button "Registered Server Program" in the destination CALLTP_*
