Only transport between system layers that are on the same support pack level, SAP does not recommend transporting between layers that are out of sync because it leads to inconsistent data/ DDIC structures.
If you choose to go ahead with the transport however, it might be an idea to compare the DDIC structures in the source and target systems before making such an import. You can do this via transaction SE11. Please follow the steps outlined...
1.On the source of the intended transport please go to transaction SE11 > tablename > Utilities > Versions > Version Management.
2.Please select the 'REMOTE comparison' button.
3.Please select the 'Target sys' logical name and compare the table structures.
4.Any differences will be highlighted and can be addressed before you begin the import.
